Working in the cellar is a lot like Minecraft or Legos. I have a bunch of things that need to be accomplished and a set of standardized materials I can combine to use as I need—hoses, elbows, valves, t-joints, etc.
One of the neat things about Thirsty Dog is we are largely left to our own devices; there’s no standard setup we are required to use, so I can use any tools I have to make whatever I need. I set up this maze of hoses (spaghetti comes to mind) to transfer beer between 2 tanks while simultaneously cleaning and sanitizing two other tanks last night.
All that lego-time can pay off, kids.
